Modern organizational management today also involves the management of quality, the environment, and the safety of work among its individual areas of attention.

As an organization focused entirely on the customer, our company attempts to comprehend both current and future needs, including their fulfillment and accomplishment by exceeding expectations. And because all of our customers are aware that the quality of services based on respecting the needs of the environment and the demands for workplace safety has a decisive significance for the existence of the firm, the management of quality has become a crucial element in our everyday activities. The main principles to which all employees are bound are the minimization of errors, the limitation of the occurrence of inconsistent services, the fulfilment of contractual obligations, and adherence to the established requirements of the integrated management system. Company leaders are not only focused on removing errors and their consequences, but mainly on their pro-active prevention.

Proof of our good reputation, trustworthiness on the market, and ability to meet customers' demands to the necessary extent and quality are certificates earned from the renowned international accreditation firm Bureau Veritas certification, as well as accreditation from UKAS QUALITY MANAGEMENT, the Czech Institute for Accreditation, and Deutscher Akkreditierungs Rat.

EWALS Cargo belongs amongst the first companies that obtained a prestigious certificate “AEO”.

The acronym AEO stands for a term “Authorized Economic Operator”. Novelized customs rules of the European Community change the attitude of customs authorities of EC in the field of safety of the international trade. Due to the rules implementation, physical controls of the imported and exported goods are more strict which suppresses business and transport operations. To minimize the impact of the new rules on the trade, the status of the Authorized Economic Operator was introduced. The European Community co-operates in this matter closely with other countries such as the United States, Japan, China or countries belonging to EFTA. To render the certificate AEO more attractive, different benefits and advantages are granted to the companies awarded with the certificate. The goods exported/imported by these companies is preferentially cleared. The number of controls will be reduced and contingent inspections will be performed without delay not to make any inconveniences for the customer. The reverse will be true for the companies not having the certificate AEO: more frequent inspections will result in more expensive customs operations. In the worst case, the delivery of the goods to the customer would be delayed.
